Reporting to the Reliability Manager, youll play a critical role in planning and coordinating maintenance activities using SAP, managing contractor support, and driving continuous improvement in plant reliability. Youll work cross-functionally to ensure efficient scheduling, resource coordination, and long-term maintenance strategies that support operational excellence.Key ResponsibilitiesPlan and schedule all maintenance activities via SAP, ensuring parts availability, work instructions (SOPs), contractor support, and required permits (e.g. hot work, confined space) are in placeDevelop detailed maintenance plans for shutdowns and major refits across the calendar yearManage and prioritise incoming work requests and maintenance tagsCollaborate with trades and specialists to review completed works and scope future tasksCoach and support the maintenance team in best practice maintenance methodologies and safety complianceDevelop and maintain equipment histories and Bills of Materials (BOMs) in SAPCreate and administer maintenance KPIs and asset care reportsEnsure all maintenance activities comply with statutory and company health, safety, and environmental standardsAssist with budgeting and forecasting by analysing maintenance data and providing accurate cost estimatesAbout YouIf you have excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong focus on continuous improvement and collaboration, wed love to hear from you.
