You will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service, anticipating the needs of our building occupants, and facilitating services that make their workdays more rewarding and efficient.As our Concierge, you will assist in curating the Front of House experience, keep your finger on the pulse of what''s trending, and know how to source last-minute tickets, experiences, or products at the drop of a hat. Provide customers with an experience that is ever-responsive, welcoming and authentic, and that will always be positively remembered.Other key responsibilities of the role include:Placemaking & Engagement - assisting in creating engaging placemaking schedules that include a variety of activities such as hosting a chocolate cooking class, wellness classes or surprise & delight tenants with a pop-up ice-cream cart with a twist.Hospitality services - responsible for arranging and managing a range of premium services such as traditional hotel-style concierge services, providing convenient on-site services, placing orders for flowers, and running errands, which include buying gifts, premium tickets, and dry cleaning. As well as manage the coordination of building amenities, such as end-of-trip spaces.To be considered for the role, you must possess exceptional presentation skills, have demonstrated experience in a customer-facing role, have excellent written and verbal communication skills, have high attention to detail, and be passionate about solving customer problems.
