As a Credit Controller, you will play an integral role within the company, responsible for the collection of outstanding accounts, managing risk, and building and maintaining strong relationships with both internal and external customers. Your responsibilities will include:Managing a portfolio of accounts and achieving monthly targets.Ensuring customers are informed about their trading terms and any account-related issues.Processing account application forms and maintaining accurate data.Providing the highest level of customer service by communicating effectively with all stakeholders.Collecting outstanding accounts in a timely manner.Maintaining current account reconciliations and working within customer portals as needed.Handling account maintenance and resolving disputes efficiently.About YouWe are seeking a highly organised individual who excels at multitasking, stays motivated under pressure, and has a keen attention to detail.
