We are actively seeking a dynamic Junior Post-Production Coordinator to join our amazing Studio & Design Team!About the Role:Were on the lookout for a talented Junior to Mid Weight Post-Production Assistant whos passionate about helping us make our images pop! If you have an eye for detail and love working with photographers and retouchers to achieve and perfect our images, this could be the role for you. Youll get your hands on everything from assisting with retouching and colour correction to uploading images and resizing them to uploading them to our DAM. Think of yourself as an all-round, behind-the-scenes image wizard!Key responsibilities of the role will include but not be limited to:Use your Photoshop skills to assist our head retoucher to work your magic on photostweaking lighting, colour correction, and composition to make every shot look its bestAssist in creating look-books for our seasonal ranges & new product launchesYoull be the main cog in the wheel to keep our post-production train running smoothly by assisting with file management, backing up of images, ensuring naming conventions are correct and supporting the team through the workflow processWork side by side with photographers and the head retoucher, sharing feedback and ideas to help everyone deliver their best workBe the gate-keeper of our final images, ensuring every image is ship shape before it is uploaded to the DAMStay ahead of the curve by picking up new techniques and software tricks to keep your skills fresh and the images looking top-notchAbout you:A solid working knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite. Bonus points for Capture One knowledge or if youve dabbled in other editing softwareExcellent communication skillsyoull be working closely with our in-house creative team consisting of designers, photographers, stylists and producers and your feedback matters to usA proactive attitude and a willingness to learn new tricks to improve your skillsA passion for post-production processesThis full-time position offers the opportunity for a passionate Post Production Coordinator to join a fast-paced, highly dynamic design team and environment, and to help support and contribute towards the growth of Global Retail Brands.
