The role is instrumental in delivering accurate financial reporting, auditing, group consolidation and related financial tasks.Key responsibilities include:Financial reporting and complianceInternal and external auditingConsolidation of financial data and delivery of reports to stakeholdersDetailed reconciliation of balance sheet accounts and investigation of discrepanciesGovernance and regulatory adherenceProcess improvement including automation of reporting or ERP enhancementsMentoring junior staffCollaboration with operations, procurement and project teamsPresenting financial insights to non-finance stakeholdersAbout You:Bachelors degree in Accounting, finance or related field. CPA or CA certification highly regardedExtensive experience in financial reporting, auditing and consolidation, ideally in a Big4 accounting firmStrong knowledge of accounting standards (IFRS/AASB) and the ability to apply them in a corporate environmentProven ability to consolidate financial information and deliver reports for various stakeholdersExcellent analytical skills and understanding of key financial drivers and performance metricsDemonstrated ability to work effectively with cross-functional teamsProficiency in SAP, advanced Excel skills and familiarity with reporting tools such as Power BIWorking at BUMA:BUMA''s people are the key to our success.
