We are looking for an experienced Team Leader to join our team based in Truganina.About the RoleWe are looking for an experienced Warehouse Team Leader to join our Receiving team at our new facility located in Truganina. Work for an established business who has recently relocated to the Truganina area in a full-time role Monday - Friday (team typically work 7am - 3pm with some variation). You will enjoy a busy and varied day in a supportive and growing business environment.This is a hands-on role where you will be required to effectively manage the flow of goods from truck/container to shelf with 100% accuracy and adhering to all individual client KPI''s. You will work with the Inventory Team to ensure data integrity and accuracy at all times.Benefits and Culture:Learning & Development: Ongoing learning opportunities within the business.Dynamic company culture: Enjoy a social and interactive environment where we value and reward our staff with Employee of the Month, birthday celebrations, and more.Work with big brands: The opportunity to work with a well-established company and liaise with market leaders and consumer brands.Convenient Location: Onsite parking available.The Hours of Work:Monday - Friday Day Shift Work, typically 7am - 3pm (with variations to this).Your duties will consist of the following but will not be limited to:Manage the Goods Inward/Receiving Process:Accurately receive all incoming goods into the warehouse within 24 hours of receipt.Accurately receive all returned goods into the warehouse within 48 hours of receipt.Ensure a high level of Client satisfaction at all stock reviews.Inwards area to be lead correctly ensuring that stock is always located in the correct location, labeled in the correct way, and easily identified.Quality Control and General Administration:Manage returned goods process and track updates in the system.Stock must be efficiently consolidated with bin location & accurately recorded.All areas to be kept clean and free of clutter.Ensure all records are updated and maintained for each transaction.Client Service:Liaison between Client Service and transport on any issues, errors, or delays.Provide timely and accurate customer service status information.Team Leadership/OH&S:Assess the volume of work each day with the Receiving Supervisor to ensure the resources are right to get the job done daily staff planning.Lead the Receiving Team by example, demonstrating our IMPACT values.Ensure that the warehouse area assigned to you meets with OH&S standards and regulations.To be successful in this role you must be:Track record in results-driven team leadership within a warehouse.High level of accuracy and attention to detail.Proven track record of driving continuous improvement initiatives.Proven track record of delivering profitability and productivity.Ability to lead by example.Advanced WMS skills.Ability to deliver results in a high-pressure environment.Ability to multitask and manage conflicting priorities.High Level of communication skills.Flexible and approachable personality.RF Scanner Experience, Voice Picking Experience is an advance.Must hold a current LF (High Reach) Forklift License with experience operating in a warehouse.About TCCWe are the Sales & Marketing fulfilment partner of the World''s Leading Brands with the aim of delighting consumers of the world''s best brands.
