time left to apply End Date: April 22, 2025 (29 days left to apply)job requisition id JR141509Job Description:Excellent benefits including salary packaging and ADOChallenging and rewarding work environmentAbout the RoleThe Database Analyst ensures the effective use of the Raisers Edge NXT database and provides intelligence and analysis of St Vincents community of donors and funders to colleagues and leadership.Reporting to the Senior Manager, Foundation Services the incumbent will lead on the administration tasks required for Raisers Edge NXT and support the identification and assessment of potential donors, optimising prospect pools, portfolio management and pipeline development across the Foundation.The role is mainly responsible for donation processing and receipting, complex query generation, segmentation, data health and imports into Raisers Edge NXT.Oversee the management and maintenance of the foundations CRM (Raisers Edge)Conduct regular data hygiene assessments, data cleansing and auditsManage donor gift tracking, batching, processing, receipting and reportingCollaborate with IT and external vendors to ensure CRM integration with other SVHM systemsThe salary for this position will range from $90,000 - $100,000 per annum, based on experience.A Bit About YouQualification in a relevant field with a minimum of two years relevant experience; or an equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or education/trainingExperience in management of the Raisers Edge NXT database, including administration, segmentation and reportsKnowledge of research techniques, online and print resources, including fundraising software to identify prospects through constituent list segmentation, queries, and push technologyNational Coordinated Criminal History Check (NCCHC) or willing to obtainWhat We Can Offer YouSalary Packaging Increase your take home pay!Culture of Continuous ImprovementFlexible working arrangementsA healthy work/life balance encouraged.
