QSS is seeking a Business Process Owner to participate in a significant and complex project.Queensland Shared Services (QSS) is a shared service provider within the Department of Customer Services, Open Data and Small and Family Business (CDSB), and provides corporate transactional and advisory services to more than 73,000 public servants across 42 Queensland Government departments and agencies. This project will be a partnership between QSS and the 21 client agencies who consume finance services, to move to more standardised finance processes and embracing new ways of working.Your role will provide a business centred mediation between the desired outcome of the process and the design of the supporting solution.
