The key responsibilities for this role will include:Cellar ManagementOversee the efficient operation of the cellar, ensuring the proper storage, rotation and management of all stock, including kegs, bottles, and spirits.Stock ControlRegularly monitor inventory levels, complete stocktakes and beer-line cleaning, place orders and ensure stock is delivered and stored correctly to minimise waste.Team ManagementSupervise, onboard and train Back of House staff ensuring they are equipped with the knowledge/skills necessary.MaintenanceEnsure all cellar equipment, refrigeration units and storage areas are maintained to the highest standards, ensuring compliance with Health & Safety standards/regulations.CollaborationCommunicate effectively and work closely with Venue Leadership Team members across multiple bars and multiple levels to ensure every bar and event is set up for success.Event SupportAssist in the management and preparation of cellar and bar stock for regular events, live entertainment, and special promotions.Health & SafetyEnsure all Health & Safety standards/regulations are adhered to across all Back of House/Cellar areas, including food safety practices and safe storage.Who were looking forPrevious experience in a Back of House/Cellar Management role in the Hospitality Industry, ideally within large scale/multifaceted venues.Strong knowledge of stock control, cellar operations and inventory management.Excellent organisational skills and a high level of attention to detail.Ability to manage multiple levels of a busy venue while maintaining high standards.A positive attitude, proactive approach and ability to work under pressure/time constraints.Ability to consistently work autonomously but possess strong communication skills to liaise and collaborate with key venue personnel.Knowledge of and compliance with health & safety standards/regulations.A passion for the hospitality industry and creating extraordinary experiences for guests.Physically fit and capable of completing some heavy lifting and/or repetitive movements.An early riser/night owl as you would need work mornings and/or late nights where necessary.Enjoy the benefits of Redcape HospitalityWith a diverse portfolio of 25+ hotels across NSW and QLD, Redcape provides unparalleled growth opportunities within Australias hospitality industry.Extensive training opportunities for professional development and career progression.Staff benefits which include, but are not limited to 40% off on-premise Food & Beverage and 10% off consumable Bottle Shop purchases (across all Redcape Venues).Clearly defined career progression pathway.For more about Redcape Hospitality visit www.redcape.com.auApply now to join a like-minded team who take pride in creating exceptional customer experiences plus strategic opportunities for you to grow and excel in a values driven environment. #J-18808-Ljbffr
