Reporting directly to the Front Office Manager, this role is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service at the front desk. Key responsibilities include assisting with guest check-ins and check-outs, handling guest inquiries, processing payments, managing reservations and room allocations, and providing accurate information about the hotels facilities and services.
