Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience talk with your recruiter to learn more.Base pay rangeA$150,000.00/yr - A$700,000.00/yrYour RoleThe Head of Sales (ANZ), reporting directly to the CEO, will be responsible for leading our entire sales function across Australia and New Zealand, with an initial focus on driving revenue growth and expanding market share in the region. This role calls for a seasoned technology sales professional, with a proven track record of exceeding all targets & billing huge sums in B2B sales, selling a SaaS product. You will also be able to create a full sales platform, lead from the front, build a team & help implement the sales teams infrastructure.Please note, first and foremost, this is a hands-on sales role. You will be required to sell from day 1.What our client doesOur client has built a truly revolutionary product that cuts up to 70% of healthcare providers'' largest costs (admin, accounting & allocation), resulting in reduced costs, more care shifts filled & better allocation of carers/nurses, resulting in more people being cared for, at a reduced cost.ResponsibilitiesDrive revenue growth and consistently achieve sales targets across ANZ.Create a strong sales pipeline and maximise conversion rates.Create a detailed Market map with a clear goal & associated timelines.Develop a deep understanding of our product, effectively demonstrating and conducting walkthrough sessions for clients and internal teams.Build and maintain strong relationships with clients of all sizes, adapting your sales approach as needed.Take ownership of sales processes, ensuring efficiency and minimising friction throughout the sales cycle.Partner with Operations to refine sales processes requiring system updates, providing detailed requirements and leading workshops.Oversee the creation of accurate sales forecasts and budgets.Monitor sales performance, analyse key metrics, and identify opportunities for optimization.Manage and strengthen strategic relationships with healthcare providers.Lead, build, and mentor a high-performing sales team.Provide clear leadership, direction, and support to the sales team.Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous learning.Deliver regular reports on sales performance, pipeline health, and market trends to senior leadership.Analyse sales data to identify challenges and opportunities for growth.Develop and implement key sales metrics and KPIs to track progress and measure success.Experience5+ years of sales experience with 2+ years in a senior sales leadership role.Ability to build an entire sales pipeline.Ability to lead and manage sales staff across our active regions and time zones.Proven track record of driving revenue growth, meeting or exceeding sales targets, and scaling sales teams.Strong negotiation and closing skills.Deep understanding of SaaS sales models and methodologies.Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.Experience working in diverse markets and cultures.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Ability to travel nationally & internationally as needed.Whats in It for You?Autonomy & Influence: Full ownership of sales pipeline developmentcreate and execute strategies as you see fit.Earning Potential & Growth: Competitive base salary with uncapped commission and equity options.Travel & Networking: Interstate travel opportunities to engage with clients and prospects.Work-Life Flexibility: Fully remote role with the option to work from our QLD office if preferred.
