This role oversees brand positioning, product launches, campaign development, partnerships, and team leadership to drive awareness, engagement, and sales. The Brand and Marketing Manager will work closely with cross-functional teams, external agencies, and retail partners to ensure the success of the brand.Key ResponsibilitiesBrand & Marketing StrategyDevelop and implement the annual brand and marketing strategy for Moments, ensuring alignment with business objectives.Oversee brand positioning and messaging to ensure consistency across all channels.Manage digital, social, and traditional media marketing activities, optimizing engagement and performance.Ensure brand communication aligns with the Moments tone of voice and target audience expectations.Product Launches & Campaign ManagementLead the planning and execution of new product launches, including the development of go-to-market strategies.Oversee integrated marketing campaigns, including media, influencer partnerships, and coordinating with external PR agencies as needed.Manage content creation for digital platforms, ensuring consistency with brand identity and messaging.Partnerships & CollaborationsIdentify and develop strategic partnerships with brands, influencers, and industry organizations.Manage collaborations, sponsorships, and promotional activities to enhance brand visibility.Work with retail partners to optimize in-store and digital presence.Team Leadership & ManagementSupervise the Marketing Team, providing guidance and professional development.Oversee the Graphic Designer (indirect report) to ensure alignment with the brands marketing strategy.Coordinate with internal teams and external agencies to ensure seamless execution of marketing initiatives.Performance & ReportingAnalyze marketing performance data to measure campaign effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.Manage the Moments marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.Provide regular reporting to the CEO on brand performance, market trends, and strategic recommendations.Required Skills & ExperienceMinimum of 5 years experience in brand management, marketing, or a similar role in FMCG, retail, or lifestyle/beauty brands.Demonstrated ability to develop and execute marketing strategies, particularly for Gen Z and millennial audiences.Experience in managing direct reports.Strong knowledge of digital marketing, influencer engagement, and social media strategy.Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.Data-driven approach with the ability to analyze metrics and optimize marketing performance.Experience with product launches in retail or supermarket channels is preferred.Experience in event and expo management, including brand activations and consumer engagement initiatives.Working ConditionsOffice-based.Occasional travel required for meetings, events, and brand activations.Fast-paced environment requiring adaptability.Performance MetricsAchievement of brand awareness and engagement targets.Successful execution of product launches and marketing campaigns.Effectiveness of partnerships and collaborations.Team performance and professional development.Budget management and cost efficiency.Seniority levelMid-Senior levelEmployment typePart-timeJob functionMarketing and SalesIndustriesHospitals and Health Care #J-18808-Ljbffr
