We combine strong technical skills and extensive portfolio, program and project management (P3M) experience with strategy and design expertise to help our clients translate strategy and policy into actionable programs and portfolios of work.The RoleAs an experienced client-facing consultant at Scyne Advisory, youll lead key workstreams focused on delivering agreed client outcomes. You will have a clear understanding of the objectives of the engagement and will drive the design and delivery activities needed to create high quality client deliverables and contribute to a positive client experience.In this role you would focus on working with our Federal Government and Defence clients and will create value by:Leading the development of key client deliverables or streams of workApplying your knowledge in portfolio, program, or project management to our clients most impactful initiativesSolving client problems by conducting quantitative and qualitative analysis, including client interviews and workshops, document reviews and the presentation of our findings and recommendations.Building strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, project teams, and within our business.Assisting in business development activities such as development of proposals, internal account team initiatives, and thought leadership development.Taking ownership of your professional growth (and that of your teams) through the sharing of experiences, development of technical skills and career management advice.Living the values that underpin Scyne AdvisoryAbout YouAligned to our values, you''re collaborative in nature and love working in and celebrating as a team. You call it when you feel something isnt quite right.What you will bring to the position:Relevant technical experience, such as project and program management, PMO, or change management (experience in other roles will also be considered)Project management certifications such as PRINCE2, MSP, AgilePM, Professional Scrum Master or SAFe are highly desirableProven experience working with Federal Government, Defence or other public sector organisationsStrong communications and interpersonal skillsExceptional analytical and problem-solving skillsProactive mindset and proven ability to quickly pick up new concepts.Proven ability to manage streams of work or small teams to develop key deliverablesIf you are passionate about setting up and shaping new projects or programs of work and making sure theyre implemented effectively, wed love to hear from you and invite you to join our dynamic team at Scyne Advisory.Please note: To support our clients, this role will require a minimum Baseline or NV1 security clearance.
