Reporting to the General Manager, JOOLA Australia, you will work closely with the JOOLA global sales team and other departments to develop and implement effective sales strategies that align with JOOLAs objectives.Key Responsibilities:Research and identify potential Pickleball clients and market segments.Generate leads through cold calling, networking, and other outreach efforts.Qualify leads and prioritise opportunities based on potential for business growth.Act as the primary point of contact for client enquiries, requests, and concerns.Follow up with clients regularly to ensure satisfaction and identify additional needs.Travel to different Pickleball events and tournaments and network with potential clients.Collaborate with the sales team and management to optimise sales processes and strategies.Develop a deep understanding of JOOLAs Pickleball product offerings, including features, benefits, and specifications.Provide product demonstrations and recommendations to customers based on their skill level, playing style, and preferences.Stay informed about industry trends, new product releases, and competitive offerings.Track and report on sales activities, pipeline progress, and performance metrics.Analyse sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.Additional tasks as assigned.Qualifications and Skills:5+ years of experience in sales or business development, with a successful track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.Sales experience in the Pickleball or sporting/tennis industry is highly preferred.Passion for Pickleball and a strong understanding of the game, including rules, techniques, and equipment.Bachelor''s degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred.Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as needed.Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish credibility with clients.Excellent negotiation and closing skills, with a focus on delivering value to clients and achieving win-win outcomes.Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.Ability to adapt to changing priorities and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.JOOLA values diversity and inclusion and welcomes applicants from all backgrounds.
