Provide support to ensure colleagues excel in their roles.Support your Store Manager in the successful delivery of daily tasking and store operations, whilst ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.Implement and monitor effective visual merchandising as well as adopting a high level of housekeeping to enhance the colleague & customer shopping experience.Monitor KPIs and contribute to the overall success of the store.Maintain and strengthen our dedication to providing outstanding customer service.PERSONAL REQUIREMENTSDedicated to delivering unparalleled customer service.Management experience within a retail environment is essential, clothing experience is preferred.Passionate about retail and demonstrates that passion every day through leadership and customer service.Assistant managers often need to make decisions quickly.
