If successful, you will be invited to join the ANZ Applied Learning team of inspiring and collaborative individuals, reporting to the Applied Learning Manager ANZ. Applicants need to be based in an eastern Australian state capital and have the capacity and willingness to travel frequently throughout Australia and New Zealand.Your responsibilities:Preparation and delivery of the Field Implementation Training programs, courses and internal meetings.Continuously innovating training practices by incorporating new approaches, content and tools which improve our ability to make a meaningful, positive difference for our customers and patients.Communicating with managers to make recommendations regarding developmental opportunities for Team Members.Remaining current on the global healthcare landscape (particularly surgery and surgical devices) as well as strategic, joint venture sales approaches.Attending field rides with team members across ANZ.Why Applied Medical?Work for a market leader with a consistent pipeline of innovative products, who has a significant and sustainable impact on healthcare.International work environment with an industry leading culture of learning and development.Extensive training in Applied Medical products and sales methods as part of your onboarding and ongoing development.Your wellness is important to us, our Employee Assistance Program is available to all team members.Your high performance will be rewarded with a lucrative commission scheme, and recognition of your achievements by your colleagues.About you:Having worked in a sales field role in laparoscopic surgery for a minimum of 18 months or having worked in training and development in medical devices is highly desirable.You value learning and development above all else and would love nothing more than to train and mentor current and future Field Team members using an array of platforms to grow our brand and enhance our efforts in the field.You have a knack for coaching as well as the ability to identify and articulate strengths and/or developmental gaps and offer appropriate solutions as a response. You are a highly organised, creative, and engaging presenter with a strong level of attention to detail and experience in adhering to strict deadlines.The willingness and capacity to travel frequently within ANZ (and internationally on occasion) is essential.Alignment with Applied Medicals Organisational Mission and values.Proven success implementing sales strategy or developing and facilitating training programs.A highly collaborative professional with excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills.The ability to understand, summarise and present information in a clear and concise manner.A growth mindset and willingness to change.Empathy and patience to support and cultivate team members.Strong competency working with the Microsoft Office suite and teleconferencing platforms.Bachelors degree (sales and/or healthcare related) preferred.Experience and qualifications with adult education/training and assessment highly desirable. #J-18808-Ljbffr
