With approximately 70 employees, we are not focused on being the biggest, but the best at what we do.We are currently seeking an experienced 71 Dozer Operator for a casual position on a project in Camberwell, Melbourne. This is an 8-week assignment, offering $60 per hour + super, with the potential for additional work.About the Role:Reporting to the Site Supervisor, your responsibilities will include:Operating a 71 Dozer safely and efficiently in a civil construction environmentWorking on earthworks, bulk push, and detailed trimmingFollowing project plans and specifications to ensure high-quality outcomesConducting daily pre-start checks and routine maintenance on machineryEnsuring compliance with site safety requirements and company policiesAbout You:To be successful in this role, you will have:Proven experience operating a 71 Dozer on civil projectsRelevant tickets and licences (RIIMPO324E or equivalent)Strong understanding of safety procedures and site complianceAbility to work independently and within a teamA proactive and positive attitude aligned with our CAN DO, CONNECTED, and COMMITTED valuesWhy Keystone?At Keystone Civil, we pride ourselves on delivering high-quality projects while fostering a supportive and inclusive team environment.
