If you''re a master of your trade with a passion for quality craftsmanship and innovation, we want to hear from you!This is an exciting role as the business prepares for intensive growth strategies. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with experience in the sheet metal or manufacturing industry who enjoys balancing technical skills with hands-on project coordination.Key ResponsibilitiesInterpret and work from detailed technical drawings and specificationsFabricate and assemble complex metal components to high tolerancesTIG and MIG welding of stainless steel, mild steel, and aluminiumOperate press brakes, guillotines, rollers, and other fabrication machineryEnsure all work meets strict quality and safety standardsCollaborate with team members on custom and production jobsMentor apprentices and support skill development within the teamQualifications & ExperienceAustralian-recognised trade qualification.Minimum 3 years'' experience as a 1st Class Metal Fabricator.High-level proficiency in welding, cutting, and forming techniques.Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.Ability to work independently and solve fabrication challenges on the go.Strong understanding of materials, processes, and production methods in metal fabrication.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and team spirit.A proactive and solutions-focused attitude.What We OfferGreat team culture!The opportunity to grow within a dynamic and expanding business.Clean, well-equipped and organised workshop in Malaga.Supportive leadership and a focus on safety and continuous improvement.Long-term employment with an expanding WA-owned company.Work in a collaborative environment where your skills and contributions are valuedGreat work-life balance with typical working days Monday to Friday.Opportunity to be involved in great projects.Variety in work no two days are the same! #J-18808-Ljbffr
