It ensures the timely delivery of the right products as planned while optimizing revenue by minimizing supply chain costs. As part of the Global Supply Chain, the L&D department operates from VidaCorp''s Sydney office.Role & Responsibilities:Accurately process customer orders via EDI, email, or phone, ensuring timely release to the warehouse within 24 business hours while troubleshooting any order errors.Maintain ERP stock accuracy, manage stock transfers, and support inventory reconciliation to prevent Lead weekly warehouse operations meetings, standardize processes through SOPs, and provide reports on stock levels and order performance.Act as the first point of contact for customer inquiries, build long-term relationships, and collaborate with buyers to resolve order-related issues.Work with finance teams to resolve billing queries, process credit notes, and ensure adherence to financial procedures.Skills & Experience:Ability to manage data, resolve order discrepancies, and identify supply chain inefficiencies.Strong experience in Excel and familiarity with NetSuite or similar ERP systems.High attention to detail to ensure order accuracy and inventory alignment.Strong verbal and written communication skills to liaise with customers, suppliers, and internal teams.Ability to handle multiple tasks, meet tight deadlines, and work efficiently under pressure.Benefits & perks:At DBG Health, we offer more than just a job we offer a dynamic and supportive work environment where you can make a real impact.
