Join us in our mission and become part of a team that not only envisions a better future but actively works to create it.About the roleAs a Senior DevOps Engineer, you will be a key member of the Release Engineering team, responsible for ensuring the reliability, scalability, and efficiency of Netwealths deployment processes. The Release Engineering team plays a critical role in enabling Netwealths development teams to deliver software efficiently through DevOps practices for streamlining building, maintaining, and optimising deployment and release processes.You will be responsible for designing and building CI/CD frameworks and pipelines, as well as strategically leading initiatives that further enable build and release management tools/processes that reduce manual efforts and developer cognitive load.About youAs a Senior DevOps Engineer, you will be capable of leading, mentoring, and guiding our Junior Engineers to enhance maturity and best practices to Release Engineering within Netwealth. Alongside thriving in a hands-on technical environment, a key requirement of this role is strong communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills. You will have the capability to clearly translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences and collaborate closely with Infrastructure, Security, Development, and Risk professionals to ensure that quality DevOps practices and culture are delivered to the business.Skills and experience include:Minimum of 4 years in a similar role with hands-on DevOps experience essentialTechnical leadership and mentoring of DevOps Engineers experience desirableStrong proficiency in DevOps toolsPrevious experience administering automation libraries and DevOps toolsAutomation and CI/CD pipeline managementCoding and ScriptingInfrastructure as CodeLife At NetwealthAt Netwealth, people are our core strength, and we invest in our employees no matter what stage of life they are in.
