The Release Engineering team plays a critical role in enabling Netwealths development teams to deliver software efficiently through DevOps practices for streamlining building, maintaining, and optimising deployment and release processes.You will be responsible for designing and building CI/CD frameworks and pipelines, as well as strategically leading initiatives that further enable build and release management tools/processes that reduce manual efforts and developer cognitive load.About youAs a Senior DevOps Engineer, you will be capable of leading, mentoring, and guiding our Junior Engineers to enhance maturity and best practices to Release Engineering within Netwealth. Alongside thriving in a hands-on technical environment, a key requirement of this role is strong communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills.
