Will require attendance at other WH campuses.The Manager has a key clinical leadership role in the continued development and management of BASICS, ICT and SDCP.Behavioural Assessment and Specialist Intervention Consultation Service (BASICS) provides services to:Individuals living in or moving to a residential care facility who also have mental health concerns or symptoms of dementia.Work collaboratively with their care network to enhance wellbeing and quality of life.Services include advice, information, workshops, assessments, modelling of behaviour management, and assistance with case management and care planning.Intensive Care Team (ICT):ICT provides acute mental health treatment to older adults in the person''s home or usual place of residence. Provide intensive services, up to three (3) or more times during the week, including weekends.Secure Dementia Care Program (SDCP): This initiative provides clinical support for the program, using a psychosocial, person-centred and goal-oriented philosophy and approach to care that builds on or maintains the strengths and capacity of individuals.The Manager contributes to the MHWS strategic planning, partnership with key community and government agencies, and clinical service provision in partnership with the Consultant Psychiatrists at BASICS, ICT and SDCP.
