This role will be responsible for coordinating and delivering learning programs focused on developing current and future leaders across our network.Key job responsibilitiesTraining Delivery & Program Support Coordinate and deliver leadership development programs for leaders Support the execution of leadership training sessions and workshops Maintain training documentation and participant records Track and report program metrics and completion rates Support Learning Experience areas for leadership training activitiesStakeholder Partnership Work closely with Operations and support teams to schedule training events Coordinate with site leadership for program implementation Support regional leadership development initiatives Build relationships with site teams to understand development needs Escalate barriers to Learning Manager as neededProgram Administration Manage training requests through Asana Maintain accurate training records and attendance data Support material preparation and session logistics Track program metrics and create regular reports Ensure compliance with training standardsBasic QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent1+ years experience in training or learning environmentProficiency in Microsoft Office SuiteStrong organizational and communication skillsAbility to work across multiple shiftsPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONSDemonstrated experience applying adult learning principles and facilitating training programsProficient in using learning management systems (LMS)Skilled in data analysis and visualization1+ year of learning system management experience, or 2+ years of experience at AmazonExcellent oral and written communication skills #J-18808-Ljbffr
