Its divided into several different teams in Maintenance and Money Out. Service, Administration & Support is responsible for administering Netwealths Superannuation, Wrap Services and Global Specialist Series products and is the primary point of contact for financial advisers, members and investors.We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join one of our teams that work together to deliver timely and accurate administration and exceptional customer service to our clients. We are committed to building your capabilities and you''ll have plenty of time to develop your knowledge of Netwealth''s superannuation and investment products.No matter what team you join, you will be responsible for:Building and managing relationships with key stakeholdersProviding responses to queries/requests received via phone, email and mailEducating customers with detailed product informationEnsuring that all queries/requests are actioned to a set standard of service and qualityCommunicating appropriate policy and product information by articulating entitlements, features, and benefitsAdministration of work items relevant to the individual teamParticipating in continuous improvement to achieve high-quality outcomesAd hoc administration as required by your team leaderWe would love to hear from you if:You have Superannuation or Financial services industry experience in either a contact centre or an administration settingYou are naturally curious and have a dedicated attitude and an ability to adapt to changeYou love collaborating with others and can also work independentlyYou are an outstanding communicator both verbally and in writing and strive to understand our customers'' needsYou have a keen eye for detailYou understand the importance of providing excellent customer serviceYou are RG146 Tier 1 compliant (preferred but not essential)Life At NetwealthAt Netwealth, people are our core strength, and we invest in our employees no matter what stage of life they are in.
