We specialise in understanding brands and customers delivering an authentic and results-driven event experience.ABOUT THE ROLEWith a highly skilled team of client services, production, and design professionals, Seeker Agency is looking for an experienced and passionate Producer to join our Production team. In this role, you''ll manage a portfolio of clients across major events, corporate events, and brand activations with a key project involving an exciting global sports brand.So, what does a Producer do at Seeker Agency? A champion of details, youll bring your expertise in planning and logistics to inform, schedule, track and deliver project plans and outcomes. A curious collaborator, youll enjoy explorative conversations with our clients, team and suppliers to find solutions and spark creative ideas. And as a project lead, youll bring with you a dedication to the large and small pieces that will make our events hum.This year, you''ll take the lead on delivering a milestone project with a world-renowned sports brand, making this an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in high-energy environments and has a passion for sport and fitness.Here''s a snapshot of your day to day:Operate as the lead Producer for all matters relating to key accounts and eventsEnd-to-end event production management: driving all aspects forward from pre-production to live event through to post-production deliverablesCultivate strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and key stakeholders to ensure seamless collaborationAttend client meetings as requiredDevelop and manage project budgets with precision and foresight, ensuring margins are metPrepare and manage internal and external documentation such as play books, schedules, briefing documents, budget management, meeting agendas, presentation decks and project updatesBrief and manage our suppliers, creating milestones for each deliverable and ensuring timelines are met and work is delivered to the highest standardEstablish, maintain and enforce rebate agreements with new and existing preferred suppliersManage on-site set up and attend events as the main point of contact for our suppliers during event programsCollaborate with the internal teams to foster a culture of positivity and excellenceProvide the onsite docs needed including run sheets, call sheets, risk assessments, supplier schedules etc.Ensure supplier invoices are submitted and coded correctly to ensure prompt payment and accurate financial recordsFollow Production team systems and processes and ensure accurate project set up including but not limited to Monday.com, SharePoint etc.Management of project budgets including scheduling of supplier payments and project reconciliationABOUT YOUWhat will you bring with you?Extensive experience in event operations, logistics and project managementSelf-motivated and proactiveExceptional interpersonal, organisational, communication, and customer service skills to navigate diverse all stakeholder relationshipsA strategic mindset with an ability to manage budgets and financials, including forecasting and reportingAn unwavering commitment to delivering exceptional outcomes for clientsExcellent attention to detail and multitasking skillsPossess a cooperative, collaborative, solution-orientated mindset, and can-do attitudeA desire to work in a fast-paced Agency environmentA minimum 4+ years experience in event productionSOUND LIKE YOU?If the above is ringing true AND you want to join an amazing bunch of fun, social, hardworking people who collaborate over weekly Pilates classes, bi-annual Creative Days, celebrate with an Annual Retreat, Professional Development workshops, and hold a strong CSR focus (to name a few of our many perks!), then please send your CV with a cover letter for your application including reasons why you want to work with Seeker Agency.At Seeker Agency, were an equal opportunity employer and strive to encourage building a diverse team where everyone has the same opportunity to succeed.
