Alba Thermal Springs & Spa is a luxury spa and hot springs destination located in Fingal.Open for breakfast, lunch & dinner, Thymes menu has been created by well-known Melbourne chef, restauranteur, cookbook author and television presenter, Karen Martini showcasing locally sourced, seasonal produce served alongside excellent coffee, herbal tea blends, local cold-pressed juices and signature cocktails. The wine list highlights the Peninsulas many local vineyards, distilleries and breweries.Position OverviewThe Food & Beverage Attendants provide service to our guests in the restaurant (Thyme), outdoor bathing areas, and the Spa lounge, by:Greet and seat incoming guests to their tablesProvide and explain menu itemsProvide advice in relation to the beverage menuCollaborate and communicate effectively with the Kitchen teamTake guest food and beverage ordersPart-time and casual roles available.
