This role is perfect for a professional eager to take on leadership responsibilities while continuing to build and apply their technical expertise.The Role:Review and preparation of financial statements, BAS/IAS, FBT, and income tax returns for individuals, companies, partnerships, and trusts.Addressing matters related to Div7A.Strategizing tax planning for clients.Offering a range of business and tax advisory services.Providing mentorship and reviewing the work of junior accountants.Ideal CandidateMinimum 4+ years'' experience in an Australian accounting firm.Hold a Bachelor''s degree in accounting or a related field, and be working towards or have completed CA/CPA.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Managed junior/graduate accountants.Experience with Xero and MYOB.Australian Citizenship, or Permanent Residency.To express your interest, please apply or send your resume to Noah Huby at nhuby@hartrec.com.au.
