This role will focus on securing major gifts, increasing awareness, organizing events / missions and ensuring long-term donor engagement.Key Qualifications & SkillsPassion for Philanthropy:A deep commitment to humanitarian work, Jewish community support, and global impact.Experience in fundraising, sales, business development, or relationship management.Ability to cultivate and maintain relationships with high-net-worth individuals.Event Planning & Community Engagement:Experience organizing large-scale events, donor trips, and community outreach programs.Strong networking skills and ability to mobilize volunteers and community members.Personal Attributes:Highly personable, likeable, and able to connect with people on a deep level.Honest, passionate, and driven by a strong social conscience.A self-starter who is proactive, organized, and able to work independently while collaborating with a small team.Results driven and highly resourcefulGrowth Potential:This role is ideal for someone looking to grow into a leadership position in fundraising and community engagement.Questions?
