You will lead, mentor and train Quality Analysts, supporting their professional development and capability uplift. You will manage daily check-ins, handle escalations, attend leadership and stakeholder meetings, support business operations, and engage in daily tasks like forecasting and rostering. As Quality Manager, you will function as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for the wider KYC Group and be engaged in the delivery of critical KYC Quality solutions, workflows, and processes. You will manage and support changes, including review of new procedures and play a key role in delivery of the strategic KYC system (KIT).Role Location: 833 Collins Street, Docklands VIC 3008Schedule: Full TimeWhat will you bring?To grow and be successful in the role, you will ideally bring the following:Strong leadership skills and able to establish clear direction and motivate teams.Extensive expertise in KYC processes and regulations.Proficiency in managing and delivering change.Strong verbal and written communication skills, as well as excellent listening, interpreting, and critical thinking skills.Process improvement.Strong interpersonal, collaboration, influencing, relationship management, and negotiation skills.Strong understanding of ANZ Risk and Compliance frameworks and policies and AML/CTF regulatory requirements.Youre not expected to have 100% of these skills.
