OzHarvest is on the lookout for an energetic and tech-savvy Level 1 IT Support Specialist to join our mission!In this role, youll support our Technology Lead in keeping our IT and telecommunications systems running smoothly across the country. Your work will be crucial in ensuring our team can continue the amazing work we do to reduce food waste and nourish communities.Key Responsibilities:Be a positive and supportive team member, bringing the OzHarvest values to lifeProvide first-line technical support via phone, email, and in personTroubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and telecom issuesDocument requests and solutions in our ticketing systemMaintain an accurate inventory of IT assets and assist with basic network troubleshootingHelp onboard new users and assist with software/hardware upgradesPerform preventative maintenance on workstations, printers, and peripheralsAssist with mobile and internet telecom issuesWhat Were Looking For:A valid drivers licence and Police CheckCompTIA A+ certification or equivalent (preferred)Strong knowledge of IT systems (Windows 10, Mac OS, Microsoft 365, Cisco Phone System, PABX)Experience with Salesforce and IT ticketing systemsExcellent problem-solving and planning skillsA customer-focused mindset with strong communication skillsAbility to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced environmentReady to join our team and make a difference?
