This position bridges the gap between Clients & Technical Specialists and works across a variety of accounts & industries.WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?...We''re on the lookout for a Digital Account Manager to join our agency in a client services capacity. In this position, youll be the key point of contact for our clients, bridging the gap between our internal teams and client stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and project delivery. Youll need a strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including paid media, SEO, content marketing, email, branding and be able to articulate how and why they are used to drive business growth. Your expertise will allow you to confidently advise clients on industry updates, campaign performance, and strategic opportunities, translating complex digital concepts into clear, actionable insights. This role requires a balance of relationship management, strategic thinking, and technical knowledge, as youll be responsible for maintaining strong client partnerships, identifying opportunities for growth, and ensuring the successful execution of digital campaigns.
