In this role, you will maintain and develop key accounts, gain a deep understanding of customer operations, and deliver regular management reports to strengthen partnerships and maximize GP for DSV.Your typical day at DSV:Develop and maintain an effective customer management plan with formalized reviews and business plans.Analyse data from the WMS to generate management reports and key metrics.Compare customer profiles with KPI metrics, cost models, and provided data.Present key insights and recommendations to clients.Identify, research, and resolve customer issues in collaboration with the operations and BCM teams.Contribute to improving business offerings and enhancing customer satisfaction.Maintain and update customer work instructions and ensure all client details are current.Support managers and assist branches with local account development.Calculate business impact of profile changes and present findings to management.Liaise with branch and national management to ensure a consistent business approach.Assist with new business development projects and customer implementations.About you:Customer-first mindset and a collaborative team player with problem-solving capabilities.At least three years experience in 3PL warehousing, business development, or customer service.Proficient in WMS systems and Microsoft Office.Knowledge of warehouse and distribution pricing, cost analysis, and operational finance.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.Why DSV?DSV is a dynamic workplace that fosters inclusivity and diversity.
