We are subject matter experts in being able to articulate the value of brand standard benefits to owners, operators, IT clusters, guests, and our competitors.About the RoleThe role of Regional Sales Support provides vital support and is an enabler of sales success by ensuring efficiencies of sales processes. Working closely with the sales team, the support role is not only responsible for data accuracy and maintenance of sales opportunities in the CRM but also manages the timely and accurate processing of portal bids on behalf of the sales team.What You''ll DoProcess all portal bid requests to ensure Reivernet achieves a top 3 vendor pre-selection by brands, working closely with the regional sales manager and technical PM to ensure timely and accurate compilation and submission of required documentation (e.g., bill of materials).Work with ANZ sales managers and customer success managers to support successful sales engagements with proposal and other materials production, meeting preparation, and ad-hoc reporting as needed.Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of sales opportunity data supporting weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales management processes.Collect and process all project-related documentation for network install and upgrade projects.Facilitate the smooth transition from project delivery to managed service support with accurate and timely documentation uploads (including contracts and first invoice processing).Who You AreSales Support Specialists are important in ensuring that the sales team operates efficiently and that customers receive the best possible service.
