You will portray our company values to distinguish our service delivery, build trust, and emphasise the quality of care we provide.If this sounds like you, then please read on!Key ResponsibilitiesConducting individual or group consultations within rented rooms, medical centres, specialists'' suites or the patient''s home environment.Documenting all clinical notes and, where relevant, sending them to referring doctors, specialists, and/or other allied health.Designing and implementing nutrition therapy plans.Managing, reviewing, developing and writing care and activity plans.Designing and facilitating group-based therapy work in conjunction with allied health assistants.Collaborating within a multidisciplinary team to ensure best client outcomes.Administration: re-booking and billing clients.Adhering to the Dietitians Association of Australia''s code of ethics.Build client numbers within your region and become a team leader.Business development opportunities.Become a specialist dietitian in your choice of area.What we are looking forABOUT YOUPassionate and Skilled Dietitian: A dedicated professional with a warm, empathetic approach and a genuine passion for supporting people in achieving their health and nutrition goals.Client-Centred Nutrition Care: Committed to personalised, evidence-based dietary support, delivered through face-to-face, telehealth, and video consultations to meet diverse client needs.Strong Ethical Foundations: Known for integrity, trustworthiness, and high professional standards, fostering lasting relationships with clients and colleagues.Expertise Across Diverse Caseloads: Experienced in managing a variety of cases, including NDIS, aged care, private practice, chronic disease management, DVA, and Medicare clients. Ability to manage a complex and varied caseload including but not limited to malnutrition, enteral feeding, bariatric surgery, Type 1 Diabetes Mellitus (including pump starts).Holistic Approach to Health: Skilled in supporting individuals of all agesadults, teenagers, and childrenaddressing a range of nutritional needs, including chronic health conditions, weight management, gut health, and food intolerances.Collaborative and Adaptable: A proactive team player who thrives in both autonomous and team environments. Flexible with service locations and open to providing home visits from Gympie to Caboolture.Leadership and Initiative: Demonstrates strong leadership skills, accountability, and problem-solving abilities to ensure the best outcomes for clients and the team.Clear and Effective Communicator: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, ensuring accurate documentation, effective client education, and seamless collaboration with healthcare teams.Resilient and Resourceful: Reliable, organised, and thrives in dynamic, fast-paced settings.
