Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience talk with your recruiter to learn more.Base pay rangeA$42,000.00/yr - A$48,000.00/yrPart-time, 3 days per week. 1 day working from home and 2 days working in our Melbourne office on Collins St. Offering a salary of $70,000 to $80,000 pa full-time equivalent plus other benefits.Position PurposeFounded in 1988, Frontier Financial Group set out to be a financial services company with a difference, and one that puts its 800+ clients first.Our Client Service Officers (CSOs) each work alongside a Financial Adviser to service existing clients and create new business. A CSOs focus is on assisting clients, building relationships and aiding client retention. Although the position is to primarily support one adviser, there are times when you will work on other projects throughout the practice and work together with the Client Services and Administration teams.This position adds value to the organisation through enabling the Planner to focus on the advice process and by managing the administrative and communication elements of the practice through dealing with Fund Managers, Product Providers and Clients.Key ResponsibilitiesThe key responsibilities are:Client Initial and Review MeetingsCreating client implementation file which you will implement. All advice and review documents are finalised by other teams.Greeting clients. This includes taking incoming calls to the practice and greeting clients upon arrival to the office for meetings.Implementation of adviceFollowing the Advice Presentation Meeting, The Planner will identify the requisite steps to implement the Advice from which you will;Follow Instructions from the SOA; the Implementation Sheet or Workflow Tasks as directed by Planners.Follow up on application, rollover, redemption and other outstandings with Fund Managers, Platforms and Insurers through to completion.Centrelink servicesYou will utilise the Online Portal in order to lodge applications online and update Income and Assets details and liaise with Centrelink Officers on behalf of ClientsClient Service AgreementsYou will generate and provide Client Service Agreements (CSA) and follow up for the return of signed agreements within the legislated timeframesPrepare and submit Fee ConsentsEnsure fees are paid in accordance with CSA and within legislated timeframesAbility to prioritise conflicting demandsDowning tools to assist Planner or clients when in the middle of something elseMaintaining a highly ordered working environment within existing systems and processes no loss of documentationManaging multiple cases at one time to completionAbility to work with and fully utilise Administration support team (local and offshore)Critical SkillsAbility to work as a team, being considerate and supportive of othersThe ability to multi-taskAbility to communicate and manage work in a highly systemised mannerAbility to foster professional relationships with a wide variety of clients and team membersFinancial and Non Financial TargetsThe Position is responsible for supporting the achievement of Financial Planning Key Performance Indicators.These KPIs will be set and agreed each year based on the business strategy and performance requirements.KPIs will include, but not be limited to the following variables:Support of Financial Adviser in achieving Business TargetsSupport business complianceClient FeedbackContribution to business projectsUphold shared behaviours in Code of ConductQualifications & ExperienceYou will have experience working within a similar roleEnthusiasm and passion for a long-term career in Client ServicesAn enquiring mind that seeks solutions and implements themA solid understanding of financial planning advice strategiesOutstanding communication skills (written and verbal)Outstanding systems, organisational and time management skills and incredible attention to detailExtensive Microsoft Office and Xplan experienceSeniority levelEntry levelEmployment typePart-timeJob functionFinance, Customer Service, and AdministrativeIndustriesFinancial Services and Facilities Services #J-18808-Ljbffr
