Every Patient Matters.Job DescriptionEpworth Freemasons is seeking experienced Patient Services Officers for Part time or Casual positions.(Please mention in the Cover letter what position you are looking for Casual or Part time.)You will be responsible for multiple aspects of the pre-admission and admission process for our elective and emergency patients and report into the Patient Service Centre Manager.You will make an impact by:Admitting and discharging of patientsResponding promptly to enquiries and requestsGeneral administrative duties and entering patients details to create admissions.Creating Estimates and completing Health Fund Checks.To be successful in this roleYou will have:Excellent attention to detailAbility to prioritise in a timely and accurate mannerAbility to work under pressure and make informed decisions according to hospital needsPrevious experience in health care, medical or health fund industry will be highly advantageous.Located in East Melbourne, close to public transport and the CBD, Epworth Freemasons provides a range of world-class health services.
