As a Garbage Truck Driver in the Sydney CBD, you will work 9am to 5.30pm Monday to Friday. Your responsibilities will include:Operating and driving waste collection vehicles, including Side Lift and Rear Loader Garbage TrucksCollecting and emptying waste bins located in residential and commercial areasConducting daily pre-start maintenance and safety checks on trucks and equipmentCompleting accurate daily reports on collected wasteDemonstrating and promoting safe work practices at all timesEngaging in some manual handling tasks as requiredBenefitsCompetitive above award hourly rateMonday to Friday work scheduleUniform and all PPE providedParticipate in training sessions, offered by our in-house Learning & Development teamEmployee Assistance Program (EAP) provides you access to free mental health supportWork with the best knowledge and resources available in the industryOngoing safety training programs and resources availableAbout YouWe love a positive, can-do attitude!
