Below is a brief description of this vacancyThis page outlines the vacancy and the key skills and responsibilities for the role.Program Support Officer, Integrated CareDocklands, AustraliaReference: 6740414Opportunity to utilise and develop your high-level administrative skills at Victoria''s largest Primary Health NetworkPosition Type: Full-Time (1.0 FTE), Permanent role.Starting salary $62K + superannuation + eligibility for salary packagingGenerous salary packaging options up to $18,550Docklands office location with option to work some days at homeThe Program Support Officer will be required to provide administrative support for the Integrated Care leadership team at a critical and exciting time, contributing to NWMPHN''s response to meet the identified needs of vulnerable communities across the north west Melbourne region.The Integrated Care team''s focus is on commissioning of projects, programs and services to facilitate, implement and scale integrated person-centred models of care across health and care settings.
