Currently located at Masada Private Hospital but will be relocating to Ramsay Surgical Centre Glenferrie in Hawthorn April 2025.We are a small team call centre with stakeholders including casual staff, hospital managers and Nursing agencies.This position primarily involves liaison with casual staff members, hospital managers and agency allocations staff per a telephone call centre in the organisation of shifts.Prospective candidates must be available for predominantly PM and some AM shifts but no weekend or public holiday work is required.Selection CriteriaSuccessful applicants ideally possess:Medical terminology and hospital operation knowledge highly regarded.Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment and autonomously when required.Previous experience with ShiftMatch software highly regarded.Excellent communication skills are required.Remuneration: On offer is a base hourly rate of $29 + superannuation based on experience level and qualifications, exclusive of penalties or allowances.Whats in it for you?Professional Advancement: Recognition, Rewards, Professional Development, and Employee referral programs.
