We are actively seeking a dynamic Studio Assistant to join our amazing Studio & Design Team!About the Role:Were on the lookout for a Junior Studio Assistant to join our creative studio team. Reporting to the Studio Production Manager, youll be our behind-the-scenes (but by no means hidden) hero, helping the studio to run like a well-oiled machine. Whether its photography, location shoots, or videography, youll be supporting the team in all aspects of studio life.Key responsibilities of the role will include but not be limited to:Jumping in to help on set from getting the sets ready and wrapping up afterward to prepping food, steaming clothes, and managing our extensive props library.Coordinating products for shoots and making sure everything is in place and accounted for before the action starts.Keeping track of equipment and props, ensuring theyre stored safely at the end of each shoot and are properly maintained.Lending a hand with set painting and construction, setting up props, and prepping items for the shoot.Being a general all-round support star for the production crew on set.Running any random errands from sourcing props and supplies to grabbing groceries and coffee runs on location.Helping the studio production manager and photography/styling team keep everything neat, organized, and safe.About you:Has had some experience in a studio environment (a little experience goes a long way!).Is super organized and can juggle different tasks at once.Knows how to communicate and collaborate youre a people person through and through.Can work solo or as part of a team whatever the task requires, youre ready and willing.Is creative, detail-oriented, and keen to learn new skills.Can handle change and adapt quickly things move fast around here.If you know your way around Photoshop & Capture One (Highly Advantageous).This full-time position offers the opportunity for a passionate and experienced Junior Studio Assistant to join a fast-paced, highly dynamic design team and environment, and to help support and contribute towards the growth of Global Retail Brands.
