Those better outcomes can only exist in the context of people irrespective of if we label them users, customers, patients or clients.The OpportunityWe are seeking a self-sufficient and insightful Digital Data Analyst to join the Analytics and Experimentation team. Reporting into the Data & Analytics Director, you will be responsible for regular performance reporting across our portfolio of clients, including interrogating and interpreting the data to uncover the key insights to answer the so what factor.The ideal candidate is a demonstrated critical thinker with a strong ability to synthesis the data presented, and is comfortable working autonomously in a fluid environment. This role sits within the broader Strategy team at Orchard, made up of customer and campaigns strategists, performance media specialists, social strategists and UX/CX gurus.Key Responsibilities:Analytics reporting and insights: Responsible for regular performance reporting, tracking of KPIs, and developing the data insights to inform our clients decision making.Analytics maintenance: You will maintain and build new connections where needed for existing dashboards and reports, including maintenance of the analytics update logs for clients.Data quality: You will help ensure data capture methods are clearly documented and briefed to stakeholders as required, and will have a clear understanding of areas such as data layer structures and the ability to QA tracking implementations.Client communications: Support and involved in client meetings and discussions as needed the Digital Analyst expert, working closely with Orchards Account team to deliver data-driven, impactful solutions.Process & Framework Innovation: Contribute to the development of Orchards Analytics product and service offering, including identifying or leveraging new technologies and techniques to increase efficiency and value of analytics.The requirements:Deep experience in digital analytics language and platforms including Big Query, GA4, Looker Studio. Proficiency with Adobe is valued.Understanding of custom tracking within website analytics platforms such as GA4 and the associated data models.Proficient with programming languages, especially SQL (mid-level proficiency as a minimum).Ability to work in a fluid environment with a large set of stakeholders ranging from internal teams such as Account and Project Management to external clients.Demonstrates a solutions mindset and is able to think critically and respond at pace.A little about Orchard:Orchard is the leading health and wellness Agency in Australia and we''re looking for more great talent to join our team.
