Were seeking a proactive and experienced Property Manager to oversee a premium portfolio specializing in the management of both furnished and unfurnished residential properties across the Eastern Suburbs and Sydney CBD.About the RoleYou will have ownership of a carefully curated portfolio of properties.Have the autonomy to manage your workload.Enjoy flexible working arrangements.Work alongside a supportive team.This role allows you to negotiate your workdays and hours, providing you with the work-life balance you deserve.What Youll Be DoingOverseeing a diverse portfolio of residential properties.Conducting regular property inspections and coordinating maintenance and repairs as necessary.Providing exceptional support to landlords and tenants.Handling all aspects of the rental process, including but not limited to marketing, property viewings, applications, and lease agreements.Maintaining accurate property records (financials, maintenance, and compliance details).Ensuring legal and industry compliance in all aspects of property management.Identifying new business opportunities to expand the property portfolio.What Were Looking ForA minimum of 4 years of experience in residential property management.A self-motivated, proactive approach.A proven track record of successfully managing a diverse property portfolio.Experience using property management software (Property Tree, Agent Box or similar).Good knowledge of the Eastern Suburbs rental markets.A current Real Estate Certificate of Registration or License (NSW).Strong understanding of property legislation and industry best practices.A valid drivers license and a reliable vehicle.Strong time management and organisational skills.A problem-solving mindset, with the ability to address issues before they escalate.Why Join Us?Manage a high-end portfolio in some of Sydneys most sought-after locations.Be part of a supportive, friendly team that genuinely cares about your success and development.Career growth opportunities within a well-respected and growing agency.Attractive uncapped weekly bonus structure.Work 35.5 hrs per week, Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm (3pm finish on Fridays).One Saturday per month with occasional extra hours when needed.On-site parking available.Seniority levelMid-Senior levelEmployment typeFull-timeJob functionSales and Management #J-18808-Ljbffr
