Fashion Content Creator & Customer Service Assistant, SydneyWere looking for a Fashion Content Creator & Customer Service Assistant to join the Suboo teama hybrid role designed for someone hungry to learn, ready to grow, and eager to break into the fashion industry. If youre looking for more than just retail, this is your chance to step beyond the shop floor and gain hands-on experience in content creation, digital marketing, e-commerce, and customer experience within a fashion head office role.Youll be part of a fast-moving, creative environment, where no two days look the samepacking and dispatching orders, assisting customers in our showroom and online, and bringing the brand to life across content and social. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a retail setting, loves being on camera, and wants to transition into the world of social media and digital marketing.Were looking for someone who really has their finger on the pulse when it comes to trends, can move seamlessly between styling, social, and customer/dispatch touchpoints.Youll be confident on camera, prioritise customer-experience in-store, and be a natural when it comes to creating social content.This is a full-time role, with in-office working days Monday - Friday each week.Your new day-to-day:Creating fashion contentCreating styling videos, try-ons, and BTS content that stops the scroll.Managing the retail storeCreating an amazing in-store experience, delivering exceptional styling advice, product knowledge, and a retail space that reflects the brand.Handling online orders with careDispatching orders with the same attention to detail that goes into every Suboo piece.Being the face of SubooComfortable on camera, effortlessly engagingyour presence will define how Suboo connects with its audience.Bringing the Suboo aesthetic to lifeFrom TikTok trends to trend-driven edits, youll shape how the brand moves online.Engaging with our audienceAnswering styling Qs, responding to DMs, and ensuring our customers feel seen through social media & customer service.Who This Role Is For:A natural in front of the camera. Youre confident, articulate (ideal but not essential), and know how to bring a brand to life on screen.You understand trends, but youre not trend-driven. Styling is second nature.Retail experience with a passion for delivering top-tier customer service.Strong communication skillsboth online and in-store.A proactive, high-energy, go-getter attitude with a love for all things fashion.An impeccable eye for detail and accuracy.Sharp, clear communication. Whether its captions, product descriptions, or customer interactions, you know how to make an impact and communicate effectively.A self-starter with an ability to work collaboratively in a busy office environment and strong creative eye.
