In this role, you will be responsible for regularly liaising with clients and truly supporting them through their international relocation to facilitate a positive and seamless experience.Key Responsibilities include:Managing clients international moves from end to end, addressing all queries and concernsProviding clear and timely communication to clients throughout the relocation lifespanCollaborating with internal and external stakeholders including shipping lines and freight forwarders, to get the best outcome for our clientsWorking alongside our Freight Team to obtain freight bookings and appropriate documentation for exportManaging import shipments including customs and biosecurity clearancesPreparing key documentation for our Operations teamPreparing documentation for our overseas partnersAd hoc administrative functions as needed to support the teams successAbout YouTo be successful in this role, first and foremost you will have a strong empathetic approach coupled with the following criteria:Previous experience in a role that is driven by adherence to SLAs, KPIs and/or other compliance measuresSuperior customer service skills and experienceFirst class written and verbal communication skillsStrong time-management and multi-tasking skillsA solutions-focused attitudeSuccessful track record within a deadline driven environmentA can-do attitude and integrity are also a must for this roleNote: Whilst this role offers flexible hybrid working arrangements, you will be required to be located in the office full-time during your first six months for training and onboarding.This is an opportunity to transition from a corporate environment to a workplace that understands and supports you.
