Were about making a difference.About the roleThe Officeworks North Rocks Customer Fulfilment Centre (CFC) is a leader in fulfilling e-Commerce orders in in the growing Omni-Channel retail market. Our focus is team safety, customer satisfaction and ensuring continuous improvement in our operations.For this exciting team development role we are seeking a confident and experienced team leader to coordinate fulfilment and delivery operations for NSW, providing accurate and consistent same day order fulfillment and delivery service for Officeworks customers and stores.The role will see you:Having safety as a core value and role modelling this culture across your team and the siteImplement and sustain efficient inventory processes with a focus on safety, compliance and continuous improvementOversee Picking, Stocking / Replenishment and Despatch KPI''sInteract with internal and external stakeholders in relation to customer and internal queriesIdentify skill gaps and coordinate and oversee team development and trainingReporting and analyticsManage workflow and labour resources to meet established service levels and KPI''sProvide feedback and support to team members and managers to increase performance and continuous improvement across the stateChampioning teamwork to improve team behaviours and drive for resultsFostering a team culture that is constructive, professional, supportive, and with a customer focusAbout youFor this key role, established leadership experience is essential.
