There is continuity of care for people who receive our services.Job DescriptionWe are looking for a Receptionist to join our busy team in Bayswater on a full time basis. You will be working closely with the Finance Manager to perform a range of tasks including:Answering and managing switchboard phone calls and enquiriesProcessing incoming and outgoing mail and couriers as required.Greeting clients and welcoming them into our centre.Liaising with the accounts team on the status of purchasing supplies.Placing purchase orders for office and other supplies as well as verifying incoming purchase orders and inventory.Working with our customer management database.Carrying out additional administration and ad-hoc duties that may be assigned in the future.Desired Skills and ExperienceRequirements:Qualifications & Experience:Previous experience in an administration or reception role.Qualification in business administration, customer services or a related field.Experience in front-facing administration/reception in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Intermediate to advanced computer skills including Microsoft Office suite.Above average numerical skills.Above average written and verbal communication skills.Other:National Police clearance or willing to obtain one.Demonstrated ability to relate to clients with empathy, understanding and respect.Above average interpersonal and customer service skills.Proactive, flexible and agile, managing time effectively and setting priorities under pressure.Experience in aged care is desirable.Apply NowApplicants are encouraged to send their CV with a cover letter.
