The role will focus on increasing utilization rates for the Councils five childcare centers, improving financial performance, and driving an inclusive culture of accountability, safety and service excellence. The Manager will ensure high-quality, direct service programs across Maternal and Child Health program, Youth and Middles Years Services and Family Services and develop productive relationships with local community organisations particularly community-based childcare, early learning and care services. This pivotal role will drive and embed a customer centric approach to service provision within the branch, ensuring staff members are included on the journey of excellence.Key to your success will be your demonstrated senior leadership and management experience of a service delivery function, preferably in the human services area, consisting of a diverse workforce and a record of effective and responsive service delivery and results. You present with extensive experience in developing and implementing effective service delivery models, uplifting utilization and financial performance and leading cultural change and process improvements.
