About the role:We are seeking a dedicated Industry Engagement and Apprenticeship Support Specialist to join our Client Relations & Business Growth team and work as a Client Relation and Business Growth Coordinator. This role is ideal for individuals with experience as Field Consultants in apprenticeship network centers, looking to leverage their skills in a dynamic educational environment. This role will be working remotely from Melbourne and traveling to building sites for on-site enrolment and student progress support. For travel beyond a 100km radius, all applicable costs, including accommodation, will be covered by the company. Additionally, you will collaborate with our Leadership team to identify employment opportunities for our students by implementing business-to-business contact strategies.Key Responsibilities:Industry Partnership Development: Utilize your relationship management skills to establish and maintain strong connections with employers and industry stakeholders, promoting BAA''s training programs and identifying opportunities for collaboration.Apprenticeship Coordination: Apply your knowledge of apprenticeship systems to support the administration and management of apprenticeship contracts, ensuring compliance with relevant guidelines and regulations.Mentorship and Student Support: Provide guidance and support to apprentices and students, drawing on your mentorship experience to address challenges, monitor progress, and implement strategies that enhance retention and success.Compliance and Administration: Oversee administrative tasks related to training programs, ensuring all processes adhere to regulatory requirements and organizational standards.Communication and Outreach: Leverage your communication skills to effectively liaise with diverse groups, including employers, apprentices, and training organizations, facilitating collaboration and the successful delivery of training programs.Qualifications and Experience:Proven experience as a Field Consultant or in a similar role within an apprenticeship network center.Strong understanding of apprenticeship systems and vocational education frameworks.Excellent relationship management and business development skills.Demonstrated ability to mentor and support apprentices or students effectively.Exceptional organizational and time management abilities.Effective communication and interpersonal skills.Why join us?Opportunity to make a significant impact on the building and construction industry through education.Collaborative and supportive team environment.Professional development opportunities.Competitive remuneration package.If you are passionate about vocational education and have the experience to drive industry engagement and apprenticeship success, we encourage you to apply.About us:Builders Academy Australia (BAA) is a Registered Training Organisation (RTO) that works with employers, industry and students to achieve exceptional training results.
