Get AI-powered advice on this job and more exclusive features.Direct message the job poster from Infosys Consulting.Infosys Consulting is the worldwide management and IT consultancy unit of the Infosys Group (NYSE: INFY), a global advisor to leading companies for strategy, process engineering, and technology-enabled transformation programs.A pioneer in breaking down the barriers between strategy and execution, Infosys Consulting delivers superior business value to its clients by advising them on strategy, process optimization, and IT-enabled transformation.We have an opportunity available for a Senior Technical Business Analyst - Senior Consultant to join our Team.Role: Senior Technical Business AnalystLocation: PerthEmployment Type: PermanentExperience Required:10 years of functional consulting experience in Energy, utilities, engineering, construction, and GIS domains.Extensive knowledge in Enterprise Work and Asset Management, Supply chain functions, Customer care and metering & billing functions in the Power, Water and Gas sector.Successfully delivered experience of large-scale transformation programs in different geographies.Understands and is well-versed in data migration, application support, and change management processes.Experienced in SQL, TSQL, PL/SQL, HTML, SQR, Oracle, SQL Server.Hands-on with Agile Methodologies and able to use Jira, Confluence, MS Visio, Excel, and other Office Tools.Key responsibilities of this role include:Providing leadership to capture and prioritize high-level business objectives.Capturing end-to-end business requirements: workshopping collaboratively to define user stories and use cases, and testing these requirements with end-user focus groups.Performing requirements traceability through mapping of business requirements to user stories, monitoring the evolving solution design, and clarifying the business need to be fulfilled.Manage change to requirements within programs; ensuring impact analysis is completed by other program members.Analyze and review alternate solutions and provide input to business areas on the most appropriate solution.Ensuring affected business areas understand the solution and that their operation can support the project business case.Guiding the customer towards accepting viable and valid solutions and ensuring the final solution supports the stated business benefits.Support E2E testing and test strategy; support functional and usability test case development and incident impact analysis.Verify requirements through user test case development and incident impact analysis.Disaster Recovery Deliverables: Review, update, and/or develop Business Continuity deliverables as part of the program.Assure application of relevant standards (regulatory, legislative, internal, and operational); and that these standards are reflected in their requirements and deliverables.Ensuring delivery of high-value requirements.Evaluate business processes and systems, uncovering areas for improvement and recommending appropriate action.Lead reviews of business processes and develop optimization strategies.Gather critical information from meetings with various stakeholders; document and effectively communicate the results of your efforts.Formulate system requirements, plans, and documentation.We welcome applications from all members of society irrespective of age, sex, disability, sexual orientation, race, religion, or belief.
