Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience talk with your recruiter to learn more.Base pay range$120,000.00/yr - $150,000.00/yrHelping businesses achieve great hiring outcomes by truly ''Investing in People''Hunter Manning has been exclusively engaged by a National telecommunications organisation who are seeking a senior strategy consultant, with a passion for driving business growth.In this role, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of the business and customers, focusing on developing and refining their long-term customer strategy.You will be responsible for developing and executing strategic initiatives that drive growth, enhance customer value, and improve overall portfolio performance.Key Responsibilities:Lead the development and refinement of long-term strategic plans for the General Manager, aligning with the broader business strategy.Conduct in-depth market analysis, competitive benchmarking, and customer trend research to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.Collaborate closely with executive leadership to translate strategy into actionable plans and implement strategic initiatives.Drive cross-functional collaboration to ensure strategic objectives are understood and executed effectively.Lead product reviews and implement actions through the delivery of remediation plans.Serve as a strategic advisor to senior leaders and provide support for emerging opportunities and challenges.Lead and manage high-impact projects, such as mergers and acquisitions, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives and efficient execution.Ensure the successful delivery of key strategic programs through effective program management and governance.Skills and Experience required:Minimum of 3 years experience working in a Tier 1 Consulting house, or Big 6 firm.Relevant tertiary qualification in Business, Economics, Finance or similar, MBA preferred.Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.Excellent project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Strong leadership and influencing skills, with the ability to build relationships across diverse teams.Takes ownership and works well under pressure to meet timelines while effectively escalating issues.Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex ideas clearly and concisely.Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.What''s Offered:Excellent remuneration and bonus STIP & LTIPHigh growth career opportunities within a large and well-developed strategy teamHybrid working opportunitiesInternational travel and career development across AsiaSeniority levelMid-Senior levelEmployment typeFull-timeJob functionStrategy/Planning and ConsultingIndustriesRetail and Telecommunications #J-18808-Ljbffr
