Liebherr Earthmoving and Material Handling division has a great opportunity for a highly organized individual to join the Service team at our Sydney branch located in Erskine Park. In this newly created role, you will be responsible for coordinating our Field Service technicians and assigning work to support our customers across Sydney and New South Wales.Key ResponsibilitiesResponding to queries and maintaining good customer relations and preparation of quotations.Work with the Service Coordinator to complete scheduled jobs.Work collaboratively with the Parts and Sales departments.Arrange required equipment and parts for job completions.Monitor and track work in progress.Collaborate with other team members to optimize customer satisfaction.About YouExperience working in a service department.Trade qualifications in Diesel/Plant Mechanic or Electrical would be beneficial.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Proficient in Microsoft Office.Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks.Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.Have we awoken your interest?
